Avant Haus Media wants professionals, especially women, to utilize the power of podcasting for self-expression and business expansion.

Los Angeles, California--(Newsfile Corp. - August 16, 2023) - Recently, podcasts have become very popular and are gradually becoming an integral part of modern entertainment. This is because podcasts provide an interesting new way to connect with audiences through information or trending topics that might have once featured in the mainstream media. Podcasting has also been said to be a medium of intimacy and authenticity, especially in an era where fake or untrue information seems to engulf the air.

With podcasting, entrepreneurs can interview people in their industry or people who are experts on certain topical issues of interest to the target market. This is a great way to build enduring relationships and grow a network. Podcasting uniquely offers 'relatability' to listeners, creating a safe-space and driving loyal engagement. Through podcasting, entrepreneurs can build audiences and improve personal brand awareness. When the audience resonates with issues that are discussed on podcasts, the audience connects with the podcaster as well as fellow listeners, creating a sense of community.

When a podcast is used as a tool to educate, motivate, and inspire others, the podcaster can quickly grow into an iconic or inspirational figure. The podcaster can also monetize through adverts and marketing; providing an avenue for passive financial inflow, as the podcaster can earn through delivering talks and speeches at seminars and workshops.

Podcasts have become one of the most effective and sought after advertising mediums in the world, research reinforced by Pew Research Center survey conducted in 2023, showing that the engagement rate of podcasts has skyrocketed to half of the American population. Its casual and conversational style has also been said to make followership more exciting. If properly harnessed, podcasts can be a vital tool for connecting with new people and growing business networks. The research above suggests that as more Americans are shifting towards podcasting, some mainstream media might have to shift into that direction as well to stay relevant.

However, while podcasting continues to be popular among creators and listeners alike, not too many of them are extremely successful. This is largely due to a lack of understanding of how to use it effectively. Some creators talk about how demanding it is to make a podcast that has a good amount of essential ingredients like fun, excitement, great content, good presentation and appropriate distribution.

Founder and CEO of Avant Haüs Media, Christina Barsi, with her decade of podcasting experience, explains the importance of podcasters creating their niche and sticking to it. Avant Haüs Media is a company that helps prospecting and existing podcasters to create a niche and build value through their podcasting network.

Barsi says that new podcasters have to create their own ideas and develop their own style. According to her, they'll eventually need less hand holding over time and gradually grow into their brand. Barsi says her core area of focus is helping women find their voice through podcasting, as it presents a great opportunity for women to discover their inner-self, take control of their creativity, and unlock their full potential.

"Before going into podcasting, I used to be an actress. However, I wasn't finding a lot of space to show up authentically. Along the line, I decided to pause and explore other ways to take control of my own creativity and voice," says Barsi, "Interestingly, podcasting was not as popular as it is now, but I had the opportunity to jump in and create early relevance 10 years ago. It was a big opportunity for me to put up something that I had been working on previously. I found it really interesting and enjoyed the freedom of expression it provided, which became a life-changing experience for me. It also became rewarding as it served as a playing ground for innovation and a platform for anyone who wanted to leverage it, to showcase their creativity or promote their business."

Barsi believes every woman has the ability to do as much as she has done. She encourages them to leverage podcasting for self-expression and business expansion. The podcast sensation expresses optimism about the growth potential of the number of women in podcasting, explaining how it has already soared to almost a 50-50 percent ratio in comparison with male podcasters. She counsels professionals, especially women, to believe in themselves and take advantage of opportunities when they show up.

"One thing I believe is, you'll never lose if you're betting on yourself. No matter what you desire, whether it be starting a business, exploring your message, starting your own podcast or figuring out what it is that you truly want in life, taking that bet on yourself to achieve success always gives back the reward 100%," she explains.

Speaking about Avant Haüs Media's future goals, Barsi says the company aims to work more closely with women empowerment projects. She desires more opportunities to speak to women, imparting in them an increased sense of value and purpose.
