Audio journalist, producer and editor
Corinne Ruff

I'm a bit of a jack of all trades and enjoy a variety in the projects I take on. I love working with small teams to make passion audio projects a reality. I'm experienced with managing the launch of a podcast from end to end, including the logistics of conceptualizing a show and working with sound design, marketing, legal teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I'm passionate about scripting that breaks down complex topics and digs through history to tell stories in a way that encourage people rethink the world around them.
I'm an LA-based award-winning audio journalist, producer and editor with a decade of experience. I cut my teeth working in public radio, which gave me the foundational training to wear many hats -- from reporter to executive producer. Reporting, researching, cutting tape and developing audio scenes is what lights me up most as a journalist and producer. But I also have the experience and drive to shape large narrative arcs as a story editor through collaborative scripting. My work has appeared across NPR programming. I've also developed indie podcasts -- including "A CRISPR Bite" -- and filled in on big-name shows, such as "Pivot" and "On with Kara Swisher."
